Delivery
Delivery Processing Times (1-2 days)
Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.
Signing For Your Purchase
Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make one more attempt to deliver your purchase.
Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Disputes Regarding Delivery
1. Failed Delivery Due to Unpaid Import Duties, VAT, or Taxes
We ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) because we are not required to pay taxes to your country, and often your package will not be taxed as it may qualify for de minimis exemption. What this means for you is you are not paying pre-emptive taxes on a purchase. We believe that it is a much more transparent process to you as a customer that you pay your own taxes (only) when asked by your own local authorities (rather than a merchant collecting tax from you when you're eligible for de minimis). Below is the de minimis thresholds and associated duties, tax for countries (as of NOV25):

-
- not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

2. Undelivered Packages
All packages use a tracked logistics service. When your package is shipped, our system sends you an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress on the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided on our website. Our system also sends updates at each key stage of delivery.
Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your package, and the carrier’s tracking system confirms it as lost. We will either resend you a new order (if your purchased items are available) at no additional cost to you, or issue you a full refund.
If you receive a delivery confirmation email and the carrier’s tracking system shows the package as “Delivered,” the delivery will be considered complete. The tracking information serves as the Evidence of Final Delivery. We recommend signing for packages in person. We cannot offer compensation for packages lost after delivery is made.
Failed Delivery
Please note that due to the unlikely event of force majeure factors, we have no control over final delivery times and lost mail. We will do our best to help you track your package and provide you with contact information for the postal outlet in your country.
